National Security Minister and Cabinet member Itamar Ben-Gvir addressed the suspected attempt to sabotage a Fly Dubai plane, which had 174 Israelis on board. He wrote that "the naive conception that our enemies are peace-seeking and should be pitied received another reminder this morning in the form of a terrorist who planned to crash a plane and murder the Israelis on board. Terror is Satan with whom no agreement should be reached except for its defeat and its erasure from the face of the earth." He added: "Israel has done wonderful work in the past two and a half years, but we must not stop and must continue until absolute victory in Iran, Lebanon, Gaza and Judea and Samaria."
