A man in his late 20s was killed in a collision between two vehicles on Route 31 at the Shoket Junction north of Lakia in the Negev. Magen David Adom teams pronounced him dead at the scene and evacuated two other people with minor injuries to Soroka Medical Center in Be'er Sheva.
