US Embassy in Russia: Threat of mass casualty terror attack at Moscow museum

Russia's Federal Security Service (FSB) said it received information from the United States through joint channels about preparations for a terrorist attack in Moscow and that it is taking appropriate measures. This was reported by the Russian news agency RIA. The US Embassy in Moscow separately said it is 'aware of a credible threat of a mass casualty event' on Saturday at the Tsaritsyno Museum Reserve in Moscow and said the US government is coordinating with Russian authorities.
