The IDF eliminated the head of the military-security department of the Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine in Syria, Muhammad Washah "Abu Khalil" in Lebanon. This was reported by the IDF spokesperson, who added that "Abu Khalil was appointed to the position after his predecessor was eliminated in a hideout apartment in Beirut last year, and was responsible for cooperation with the Shiite axis and other terrorist organizations, as well as military operations against Israeli targets."
