Interior Minister Moshe Arbel granted honorary citizenship to armor corps soldier Sgt. Elishai Young, a member of the Hebrew Israelite community from Dimona, who fell in battle in the Gaza Strip during his military service. The certificate was received by Elishai's mother, Oshraya Young, and his brother Avishi, who thanked the minister for the gesture, which fulfills Elishai's desire to receive Israeli citizenship - a wish he did not live to realize.
