The IDF informed the family of Ofer (Pushko) Moskowitz that investigation findings determined he was accidentally killed yesterday by fire from military forces. 'Pushko' was killed by a direct hit to his vehicle in Kibbutz Misgav Am in the Upper Galilee. Additional impacts were recorded in the kibbutz and the IDF is investigating the incident.
