Lahav 433 is considering summoning an additional witness in the rape investigation of MK Hanoch Milwitsky, who never filed a complaint and claimed that the Knesset member attempted to assault her more than a decade ago in her home. This has been revealed to ynet. The complainant worked with "Kabbalah L'Am," the organization where Milwitsky served as legal advisor. She alleges that at the end of a meeting with him, he grabbed her and attempted to sexually assault her. Police are considering calling her to testify despite the statute of limitations on the incident because her testimony may allegedly indicate a pattern in Milwitsky's actions.
