Court: Ben-Gvir must promote Rinat Saban within 5 days or promotion takes effect automatically

The Jerusalem District Court ruled that National Security Minister Itamar Ben-Gvir must promote police officer Chief Superintendent Rinat Saban within five days (by Monday) or the promotion will take effect automatically. The judge determined that "Ben-Gvir is not complying with the court ruling" and also ordered him to pay legal costs of 2,500 shekels.
