The Jerusalem Magistrate's Court ordered the release of the suspect accused of spraying graffiti on the Western Wall, after police requested to extend his detention by five days. The judge stated that "in practice there is nothing left to investigate, certainly as the representative of the petitioner confirmed there is no action that can be disrupted. Regarding the grounds of dangerousness, I have reviewed the medical materials and believe there is no danger in this case. This is a sad case. It seems that the respondent's medical condition that requires treatment is very relevant in terms of the circumstances of the incident."
