The Southern District Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the Beersheba District Court against those involved in the assassination attempt of crime figure Adam Dapes in Ashdod last July, using an explosive device attached to his vehicle. The indictment was filed against Netai Lagami (22) from Elad, Matan Arbiv (29) from Hadera, nicknamed 'Gaddafi,' and Avitar Yaakovi (35) from Rosh HaAyin. The explosive device fell off the vehicle and two minutes later was activated and exploded. The explosion created a crater in the road, damaged vehicles and apartments and houses in the area.
