A drone struck a U.S. diplomatic support center in Baghdad, the capital of Iraq, near the international airport. According to The Washington Post, six drones were launched toward the facility, five were intercepted and one struck near a watchtower at the center. There were no casualties. The attack was most likely carried out by the Islamic Resistance in Iraq, an umbrella organization of Iranian-backed Shiite militias.
