IDF forces, Border Police and Shin Bet launched an operation overnight in the Nablus area to thwart terror, as part of a large-scale operation set to take place in the region in the coming days. As part of the operation, forces are expected to destroy terrorist monuments that incite terrorism, arrest wanted individuals involved in weapons and terrorism, interrogate suspects and scan buildings with intelligence indicating the presence of weapons. Palestinians reported that IDF forces began to destroy the 'martyrs' monument in the village of Rujeib, east of Nablus, which commemorates the names of terrorists.
