Rotman to vote on requiring Attorney General to attend discussions: 'Hiding and avoiding responsibility'

Constitution Committee Chairman Simcha Rotman (Religious Zionism) plans to hold a vote on requiring Attorney General Gali Baharav-Miara to attend discussions on the use of spyware in police investigations and the fight against crime in Arab society. In a letter sent to the Attorney General, Rotman attacked: "This has become a pattern where you try to hide behind your office staff or behind legal advisors as a tactic to avoid public responsibility and actually provide false information, far from the truth, without bearing personal responsibility."
