U.S. President Donald Trump attacked Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, telling reporters at Joint Base Andrews in Maryland that "he should hold elections. He could have settled this issue many times. He can't raise the price of oil, he's done enough. This is a war that should never have happened. If I had been president then it wouldn't have happened. President Zelensky could have solved the war or reached a deal many times. I was there."
