Colonel G., head of the Information Security Department in the IDF, has provided testimony regarding the investigation of the leak to "Bild" newspaper. Police tried to understand how names reached Tzachi Braverman, Chief of Staff to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, following Eli Feldstein's claim that Braverman pulled a list of names from his pocket and asked if he knew any of them. Additionally, the investigation examined whether he noticed any attempt to obstruct the leak investigation within the Information Security Department.
