Indictment filed Against Yonatan Tene for negligent manslaughter of Tomer Saadon in accident

The State Prosecutor's Office filed an indictment at the Ashdod Traffic Court against Yonatan Tene (25) from Tel Zion for causing the death by negligence of Tomer Saadon in a fatal traffic accident. According to the charges, Tene was driving his vehicle and reached the intersection connecting Road 352 to Road 232. Despite being required to yield, Tene turned onto Road 232 at high speed and collided with another vehicle. Following the impact, the vehicle spun and stopped in the opposite lane. Saadon, who was driving through the intersection, forcefully struck the vehicle blocking the lane and was killed. The defendant is charged with negligent manslaughter, reckless driving and causing substantial injury.
