The leader of Degel HaTorah, Rabbi Dov Landau, sharply attacked the national religious sector in a conversation with heads of ultra-Orthodox yeshivas, saying: "There are wicked people and some of them are also from the knitted kippas. They go to the army and kill people, is that permitted? Pure murder. So they incite to murder, they wage wars not only for the sake of rescue, but for the sake of the state's honor."
