IDF Arabic spokesperson, Lt. Col. Avichay Adraee, instructed residents of northern and central Gaza Strip to evacuate to safe areas in Gaza City. The message stated: "Severe warning to all present in the areas of: Jabaliya, Jabaliya Camp, Old City, and the neighborhoods of Al-Nahdha, Al-Rawda, Al-Salam, Al-Nour, Al-Tuffah, Al-Daraj and Tel Al-Zaatar. The IDF is operating with significant force in areas where you are located to destroy terrorist organizations' capabilities. For your safety, evacuate immediately to designated shelters in Gaza City. Returning to these areas, which are combat zones, poses a threat to your lives."
