Microsoft has launched an "urgent" investigation to examine whether Israel used its technology to monitor Palestinian phone calls. This was reported by the British 'Guardian', which added that a preliminary examination revealed how IDF's Unit 8200 used the company's cloud to secretly store a massive database of Palestinian phone calls on servers in Europe, mainly in the Netherlands and Ireland. The investigation will be conducted externally. This is not the first time the company has investigated the use of its technologies by the IDF.
