Heidi Levine, an American press photographer for The Washington Post who was attacked by Jewish rioters in the village of Abu Falah east of Ramallah, recounted from the hospital that "I was attacked, pushed to the ground, and luckily I was wearing my black jacket and had my helmet on. Otherwise I probably wouldn't be here at all, because they just kept kicking me again and again – about 50 times." She said tearfully that "after about 10 minutes, they tried to make me get up, they pushed me back to the ground and continued kicking me. I tried to hold on to my cameras and my side bag, but in the end they just ripped everything away from me and kept kicking me."
