According to the sources, the leadership "is in continuous meetings," and the prevailing assessment is that Hamas is expected to agree to the proposal, as long as it includes a commitment to end the war in phases and not just a temporary pause. "There is an atmosphere of caution, but also a sense of urgency. This could be the last opportunity," added one of the sources.
