Hamas-affiliated sources told ynet that Hamas leadership claimed the organization is examining the draft ceasefire agreement, and that consultations are taking place at high levels regarding the text delivered through mediators. According to the sources, the leadership "is in continuous meetings," and the prevailing assessment is that Hamas is expected to agree to the proposal, as long as it includes a commitment to end the war in phases and not just a temporary pause. "There is an atmosphere of caution, but also a sense of urgency. This could be the last opportunity," added one of the sources.
