Footage circulated on social media shows an IDF soldier smashing a statue of Jesus in a village in southern Lebanon. According to one of the posts, the incident occurred in the village of Debl, a Christian village located in the central sector of southern Lebanon. The IDF responded: 'These actions are not consistent with the IDF's values and the conduct expected of its soldiers. The incident will be thoroughly and comprehensively investigated, and appropriate measures will be taken in accordance with the findings.'
