French President Emmanuel Macron said in an interview with French TV channel TF1 that "even Ukraine admits it cannot recover all territories seized in the conflict with Russia." According to him, "the war must end, and Ukraine must be in the best position when entering negotiations to address the territorial issue." France is considered one of Ukraine's biggest supporters in the war, and Macron's remarks came after Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky recently declared he would not concede Crimea peninsula, which Russia annexed in 2014, in negotiations.
