Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu spoke at the opening ceremony for the pre-military preparatory programs of the Netzach Yehuda Association at the Western Wall Tunnels, where he claimed that the combination of "Safra and Saifa" (Torah study and warfare) is successful. Netanyahu said that "25 years ago, the Netzach Yehuda Battalion was established, and it proves that the integration works - whoever enters the army as ultra-Orthodox leaves as ultra-Orthodox."
