The head of the Medical Division at the Ministry of Health, Dr. Hagar Mizrahi, addressed the condition of hostage survivor Edan Alexander in a statement delivered at Sourasky Medical Center in Tel Aviv. 'He is OK, but in fact, the important part is that he's now beginning the examination process,' she said. 'This 'OK' is just external. There are many more tests needed, and we know that even those who returned 'OK' were still concealing many things that need to be examined thoroughly, not to mention the complex psychological challenges and what happened - and in this too, we need to embrace and accompany him.'
