Russia earthquake: No casualties in Kamchatka, tsunami warnings in Japan and US islands

The governor of Kamchatka region in Russia says there are no casualties following the magnitude 8 earthquake that struck the peninsula. Meanwhile, the governor of Sakhalin region updated that evacuation of residents from the small town of Severo-Kurilsk in the area has begun following the earthquake. Japan has also issued a tsunami warning, and the US National Tsunami Warning Center (NTWC) added that there is a tsunami warning for Guam and the Northern Mariana Islands.
