A pre-indictment statement has been filed against a 35-year-old Palestinian resident of A-Ram for murdering his Israeli partner while she was in labor. According to the forthcoming charges, he murdered his partner in April and set her body on fire while their infant son was still attached to her by the umbilical cord. He later sold her car for profit. The investigation was conducted by the Central Unit of the Shai District.
