Asher Hayon, who previously served as chief of staff to Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, has died at the age of 57. A statement from the Prime Minister's Office said, "My wife and I received with deep shock and tremendous pain the news of his sudden passing. I had the privilege of having Asher work by my side. He had common sense, a huge heart and human warmth."
