Classified documents case: Reserve NCO allowed to leave home with supervisor

Netael Bandel|
Tel Aviv District Court Judge Alaa Masarwa partially granted the request of reserve non-commissioned officer Ari Rosenfeld, accused in the classified documents case, and canceled his house arrest during daytime hours. According to the judge's decision, Rosenfeld will be able to leave his home accompanied by a supervisor, following the prosecution's agreement yesterday. Simultaneously, the judge ordered only nighttime house arrest, identical to the conditions imposed on Eli Feldstein, former military spokesman for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu who is also charged in the case. A hearing on the NCO's request to cancel all his detention conditions will be held in approximately two weeks.
