The Military Police Criminal Investigation Division (MPCID) has opened an investigation against the soldier who fired on Friday at a family vehicle in Hebron, accidentally killing seven-month-old Palestinian baby Sam Abu Heikal. "Following the findings of the preliminary examination, it was decided to open a Military Police Criminal Investigation Division investigation. Upon completion, the findings will be transferred to the Military Prosecution," it was reported.
