American research group 38 North, which monitors developments in North Korea, reported that the nuclear state has successfully raised the nuclear missile destroyer that slipped, capsized and became stuck on its side in port waters two weeks ago in front of leader Kim Jong Un. According to the organization, recent satellite images from yesterday showed the destroyer is now upright. The report states that North Korea has made a 'significant step' toward meeting Kim's demand to repair the damage before this month's meeting of senior Communist Party officials.
