Interior Committee Chairman MK Yaakov Asher has scheduled an "urgent" meeting for Wednesday to discuss the preparedness of the state and local authorities in providing immediate and extensive assistance to citizens and sites damaged in the war with Iran. The meeting will be attended by the Interior Minister, government representatives, the Finance Ministry and local government officials, and will focus on providing alternative housing, financial aid and emotional and social support to those affected by the war.
