Lishi Lavia Miran, wife of kidnapped Omri, told ynet at a protest outside the Prime Minister's Office in Jerusalem that "at this very moment, the cabinet is convening and about to make a decision that could sentence our loved ones there to death." According to her, "We are here also to strengthen those who support continuing negotiations for the deal. I expect the IDF Chief of Staff and all military officials to stand their ground and prevent entry into areas where hostages are located, endangering them and our soldiers who risk their lives."
