The Northern District Attorney's Office filed an indictment with the Nof HaGalil District Court against a 43-year-old man from northern Israel who beat his seven-year-old nephew and threw him in a trash can. The defendant lives with his sister and her seven-year-old son. According to the indictment, during an argument about two weeks ago, he took his nephew to the yard and attacked him with kicks to his upper body while the child was lying on the ground. He then picked him up and threw him into a trash can. The child was taken for medical treatment following the attack with numerous bruises on his body.
