Tali Gotliv opposes appointment of Yosef Ben Hamo to oversee Military Advocate General investigation: 'Levin stop'

|
MK Tali Gotliv (Likud) expressed opposition to the appointment of retired judge Yosef Ben Hamo to oversee the investigation into the Military Advocate General affair. In her account on X, she wrote: "Mr. Justice Minister stop! You are appointing a retired judge, Yosef Ben Hamo, who for many years did not deal with criminal cases and was a family court judge. He is not a state employee, he has no experience in criminal investigations, and was politically involved. Why?" She added: "Both myself and Moshe Saada have proposed excellent candidates. Every day that passes is another day that Miyara is not under investigation!"
