Eight suspects were arrested on suspicion of involvement in violent incidents over the weekend, in which Washington Post photographer Heidi Levine and European diplomats were attacked in the Benjamin region. An IDF spokesperson said that early this morning, as part of Operation Olive Leaf, the Israel Police, IDF and Shin Bet arrested the suspects and confiscated several vehicles. It was also reported that parallel to the arrest operation and as part of the investigation, the IDF and Border Police are conducting enforcement activities to remove illegal construction, violations of military commander orders and trespassing into a Palestinian home. The suspects were transferred for interrogation to the Central Unit of the Judea and Samaria District and to Samaria Regional Police stations.
