  • Eyal Biram, the CEO and Founder of ISRAEL-is NGO who is a social activist, has joined forces with ACT-IL and the Interdisciplinary Center (IDC) and the Reut Institute, a nonpartisan and nonprofit policy think tank, to create Covid19solutionsNow.org, a global digital community where innovative experts can share their initiatives, ideas, and inspire others to solve the challenges they face as the result of the coronavirus pandemic.

Among the opportunities offered by the platform are:
Light from Generation to Generation - A social initiative that primarily assists senior citizens living in retirement homes to contact their families via Zoom and Skype in an easy and accessible method.

The international Hackathon initiative - A cooperation to generate solutions for the many challenges we face, with an emphasis on new technologies to find new ways of thinking and far-reaching international mobilization.
The human blender by project 21 - A training program in “new world” skills with knowledge and tools taken from the business world and transmitted by unique methods, which create impact, connection, intimacy, and significant value.
One heart - An organization that dedicates itself to mobilizing volunteers during emergencies.
Biram said that since Israel is already experiencing a drop in COVID-19 cases and many other countries are still in the midst of the crisis, it is a duty, in his opinion, of Israelis to share their knowledge and ideas, "to reduce suffering other communities are experiencing and help them as they adapt to the new reality using solutions already developed in Israel," he said.
