Mindspace to open flex-office hub inside Hilton Berlin in first hotel-based workspace

Provider to launch a 1,100-square-meter office space on Gendarmenmarkt, offering 170 workstations, meeting rooms and hotel amenities, expanding its network to eight Berlin sites and 14 across Germany ahead of a 2026 opening

Mindspace, one of Europe’s largest providers of flexible office space, announced it will open its first location inside a full-service hotel at the Hilton Berlin on Gendarmenmarkt.
The project introduces a hybrid model that merges office facilities with hotel amenities and allows companies to establish a business address at one of the German capital’s most prestigious sites. With the addition, Mindspace will operate eight locations in Berlin and 14 across Germany.

The new space will span 1,100 square meters on the hotel’s ground floor and include about 170 workstations divided among private offices and fully equipped meeting rooms. Corporations, startups and freelancers will be able to use the Gendarmenmarkt as their registered business address and access Mindspace services including mail and parcel handling, networking events and on-site community support.
Located in central Berlin-Mitte, the venue will offer hotel comforts alongside workspaces, with access to a fitness center, spa, showers, a restaurant and hotel rooms nearby. Mindspace said the concept is designed to combine work, relaxation and dining in a single environment.
“We are proud to open our new location in such a prestigious location,” Dan Zakai, Mindspace co-founder and CEO, said in a statement. “Our members can expect a holistic concept here, where they will be able to experience work, fitness, relaxation and enjoyment under one roof in the future.”
The opening is scheduled for the first quarter of 2026.
Mindspace operates more than 45 locations in 20 cities and seven countries in Europe and the United States. Its clients include multinational corporations and SMEs such as Samsung, Microsoft, Techstars Accelerator, Barclays Bank, Taboola, GoPro, Playtika and Klarna.
