Diginex, a Nasdaq-listed regtech company with a market value of about $1.1 billion, is acquiring Israeli cybersecurity firm Findings for roughly $305 million. Findings, officially known as IDRRA, specializes in automated supply chain risk monitoring.
Founded by CEO Kobi Freedman and CTO Jonathan Perry, Findings has raised $15 million to date, including investment from Magenta Venture Partners. Freedman previously founded Comilion, whose technology was sold to Dell in 2017.
Under a non-binding memorandum of understanding announced Tuesday, Diginex will acquire 100% of Findings’ equity for $270 million in stock and up to $35 million in cash, including $20 million contingent on performance targets.
The acquisition is aimed at integrating Findings’ capabilities in vendor risk management, real-time cloud audits, and secure data sharing into Diginex’s existing compliance and sustainability solutions.
“Merging Findings’ solutions with our technology stack will strengthen our ability to monitor supply chain risk, an area where cybersecurity and ESG concerns increasingly intersect,” said Miles Pelham, chairman of Diginex.

Freedman said the deal will allow Findings to expand its automated compliance and cybersecurity services to a broader international client base. “This transaction will help customers in regulated industries meet growing oversight requirements across their supply chains,” he said.
The deal comes as global regulators and corporations increase scrutiny of supply chain resilience. Frameworks such as the EU’s Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and the NIS2 directive, alongside ESG compliance requirements, are driving demand for technology that addresses both digital security and environmental reporting.
