The new center is equipped with state-of-the-art 5-axis and milling machines designed for hard metals, enabling high-precision production of components such as heat exchanger cores and accessories for thermal management systems. It also supports the refurbishment of precision engine blades customized to client needs.
The investment comes amid global supply chain disruptions, which have underscored the importance of operational resilience. The facility aims to reduce dependence on external suppliers and ensure production continuity under tight schedules.

“This move carries strategic significance as part of our preparation for the future,” said Liron Topaz, General Manager of TAT Israel. “The establishment of the advanced machining center is intended to ensure our ability to support the company's growth plans and our vision - designing and manufacturing advanced thermal systems at the highest level, all in-house from a single component to full thermal systems.
"This initiative is also an integral part of our operational efficiency trend, a continuous commitment to improving productivity, streamlining production processes and reinforcing workflow continuity in the plant. These steps will enable us to maintain our growth pace, enhance our attractiveness to customers and other stakeholders and continue positioning TAT Israel at the forefront of industrial innovation and excellence."

The facility also allows for expanded workstations and improved workflows across TAT’s existing infrastructure, benefiting the company’s hundreds of employees. It reflects a broader push toward technological renewal, long-term readiness and global competitiveness.
Founded nearly 70 years ago, TAT Israel is an original equipment manufacturer specializing in environmental control units, thermal management systems, flow control components and precision blade refurbishment. The company supplies components to major aerospace firms including Airbus, Boeing, Cessna and Embraer, and plays a key role in supporting Israel’s defense sector, particularly the Air Force.
