ServiceNow completes $7.7B acquisition of Israel’s Armis, expanding AI-driven security platform

Deal unites Armis’ visibility over 7 billion devices with ServiceNow’s workflow automation, positioning the US firm as a key player in agentic AI and end-to-end enterprise risk management

Enterprise software giant ServiceNow has completed its acquisition of Israeli cybersecurity company Armis Security in a deal valued at approximately $7.7 billion, marking one of the largest exits in Israel’s tech sector.
The acquisition, finalized about a decade after Armis was founded, is the third-largest purchase of an Israeli company to date, following Wiz and CyberArk. It represents a strategic move by ServiceNow to build what it describes as an AI-driven “control tower” for managing risk across large organizations.

Building an end-to-end platform

The deal comes shortly after ServiceNow completed another major acquisition, purchasing identity management company Veza in March 2026. The combination of Armis’ device visibility and Veza’s identity and access management capabilities enables ServiceNow to offer a comprehensive, end-to-end solution.
“Most security platforms stop at the alert stage, but ServiceNow closes the loop,” said Amit Zavery, president and chief operating officer at ServiceNow. He added that the integration will allow organizations to automate risk management and remediate vulnerabilities through built-in workflows.
Technologically, the move is aimed at addressing the rise of agentic AI, where autonomous AI agents operate within organizations.
Armis’ ability to monitor approximately 7 billion connected devices in real time is expected to serve as a foundational intelligence layer, enabling enterprises to deploy AI systems at scale while maintaining full oversight and control.

Founders reflect on milestone

In a statement published on the company’s website, Armis CEO and co-founder Yevgeny Dibrov said:
“Today is a very proud day. ServiceNow has just completed its acquisition of Armis.
This is a moment of immense pride, not just for my co-founder Nadir Izrael and me, but for every single member of the Armis team who has poured their heart and soul into building this company over the last decade.
When we started Armis in 2016, we had a clear mission: to help organizations and governments solve their toughest cybersecurity challenges by protecting all connected assets.
Now, that mission finds its ultimate home. By joining ServiceNow, we are creating the world’s first unified, end-to-end security exposure management and operations stack.”
