Duve, a leading guest management platform that aims to transform how hotels connect with their guests, announced a 60 million dollar Series B funding round led by Susquehanna Growth Equity with participation from existing investors, including XT Venture Capital. The round, one of the largest single investments to date for an AI startup in the hospitality sector, will support Duve’s global expansion and strengthen its AI-powered personalization platform as the company works to redefine how major hotel groups manage the end-to-end guest journey.
The funding comes at a pivotal moment for the hospitality industry. After years of relying on manual processes or fragmented point solutions with only one or two digital touchpoints, hotel brands are now prioritizing unified guest experiences with six to eight touchpoints, such as seamless check-in, room upgrades and spa bookings as key growth engines. Travelers increasingly expect personalized, frictionless interactions similar to the e-commerce and consumer platforms they use daily. Duve’s AI-driven system enables hotels to meet those expectations while maintaining each property’s distinct tone and style.
At the center of Duve’s offering is its new generation of hospitality-specific AI agents, which have reduced average response times from 30 minutes to one minute and contributed to a 42 percent increase in messaging volume on the platform. Unlike general-purpose AI tools, Duve’s agents are trained on real hotel data and directly connected to property systems. They draw on live reservation information, guest preferences, amenities, task management tools and food-and-beverage systems to deliver accurate, context-rich responses in real time. A family requesting activity ideas, for example, will receive personalized recommendations different from those sent to a couple asking the same question. Dedicated agents support reception, concierge, spa, operations and more, giving guests seamless access to services from their own devices.
Duve’s all-in-one platform supports all booking types, including direct, OTA, group and agent reservations, and replaces multiple vendors by unifying every stage of the guest journey. It covers pre-arrival processes, check-in, in-stay communication, mobile keys, upselling, food-and-beverage ordering and post-stay engagement under one operating layer. This consolidation helps hotels streamline operations, anticipate needs and increase revenue per guest, with an average tenfold return on upsells through the system. It also reduces front-desk workload, saving more than eight minutes per guest during check-in. Duve currently serves more than one million guests per month across 1,000 brands in more than 70 countries.
“Duve was built on a simple belief: hotels should not have to choose between personal hospitality and technology,” said David Mezuman, CEO and co-founder. “We help every hotel truly know its guests and deliver individualized stays at scale while unlocking meaningful revenue.”
“Guest management has become the missing link in hotel technology,” said Noa Wolfson of Susquehanna Growth Equity. “Duve fills that gap with a unified approach that brings personalization, communication and operations into one platform. We believe the company is positioned to lead this category globally.”
Assif Stoffman, managing director at XT Venture Capital, added: “The hospitality sector has experienced rapid technological transformation, which will accelerate with AI. Duve is positioned at the center of this shift, and we are excited to continue supporting the team as they build a core component of the modern hotel tech stack.”
Carole Roth, SVP Hotel and Guest Experience at Accor, said, “Partnering with Duve helps us elevate the guest experience, making processes simpler for staff and more personalized for guests. It is a significant step in our commitment to advancing hospitality.”
With its Series B funding, Duve plans to accelerate international expansion, opening new offices in the United Kingdom, Germany, Singapore and an additional location in Asia. The company will also build a new AI infrastructure tailored specifically to hotels. Its growing network of connected AI agents will allow properties to offer richer guest experiences, automate more processes and scale revenue in a way that remains efficient and consistent with each brand.
