Cato Networks marks $4.8B valuation with Tel Aviv summer event

Cato Networks gathered employees and their partners at Hangar 11 after reaching a $4.8 billion valuation and surpassing $350 million in annual recurring revenue

Hundreds of Cato Networks employees and their partners gathered at Hangar 11 in Tel Aviv for the company’s summer event, which featured performances by Noam Bettan, Berry Sakharof and Nasrin Kadri.
The event came after a year of growth for the cybersecurity company, which recently reached a $4.8 billion valuation and surpassed $350 million in annual recurring revenue.

Zehorit Mulshanski, Chief People Officer at Cato Networks, said the event was intended to recognize the company’s employees and their families after a year of business and technology milestones.
“Our employees give their all to keep Cato at the forefront of Israel’s cybersecurity industry,” she said. “We have a great deal to celebrate this year. The company has reached significant business and technology milestones, and we continue to grow and hire. This event is our way of celebrating the dedicated people behind that success alongside their families.”
Cato Networks provides enterprise networking and cybersecurity services through a cloud-based platform used by companies worldwide. The company was founded in 2015 by Shlomo Kramer and Gur Shatz.

Kramer is one of Israel’s best-known cybersecurity entrepreneurs. He co-founded Check Point in 1993 with Gil Shwed and Marius Nacht, later co-founded Imperva with Amichai Shulman and Mickey Boodaei in 2002, and went on to establish Cato Networks in 2015.
