One of the largest YouTube channels, WatchMojo, has joined forces with top Israeli creators to launch the anticipated Hebrew-speaking version.
The web video pioneer, which produces, publishes and syndicates visual content, boasts over 22 million subscribers, has generated more than 12 billion views and is available in over 20 languages.
Now, in cooperation with Israeli content creators Karin and Nimrod Aldea, the founders of the popular YouTube channel Top Geek, the Montreal-based company is finally adding Hebrew to the list of languages in which it can share its content.
Karin and Nimrod Aldea welcomed the opportunity to partner with the Canadian YouTube giant.
"Many people in Israel do not know the channel yet and will now be able to benefit from the localized edition," they said in a statement. "The channel will offer the best international content dubbed in Hebrew, alongside original Hebrew clips on hot topics of interest to the Israeli audience, concurrently with global TV, film, and other content topics.”
Aldeas' Top Geek channel was founded in 2012 and has become a go-to source for all things gaming and tech. It has more than 250 thousand subscribers and over 120 million views.
Established in 2006, WatchMojo gained its massive following thanks to its Top 10 lists, covering entertainment world and pop culture, as well as uploading daily posts discussing movies, TV shows, gaming, music and lifestyle.
The WatchMojo Israel Channel will be available starting August 24 on its official YouTube channel and Facebook page.
