    Below are some of the best to be found in central Israel; the bakeries -- all but one kosher -- are listed in alphabetical order.
    And lest another great culinary tradition of the holiday be forgotten, the levivot (latkes) from the delicatessen of one of Tel Aviv’s most acclaimed chefs are included as a bonus.
