It seems Rihanna is working overtime to generate headlines instead of giving us a new album, because otherwise, we have no explanation for the strange tribute she made to her children. That said, we have to admit it charmed us, and for a moment, we even considered doing it ourselves.
Over the weekend, Rihanna headed to tattoo artist Keith McCurdy to have a drawing of her children tattooed on her leg. Actually, “drawing” is probably too generous; it would be more accurate to call it a scribble made by her three children: Riot Rose, 2.5, Rocki, 8 months, and RZA, 4 months.
Rihanna is known for having quite a few tattoos, and for her newest one, the doodle by her children, she chose the back of her knee. Not included in the tattoo: the “Paw Patrol” stickers.
Rihanna and A$AP Rocky became a couple in 2020 after being friends for more than a decade. Their eldest son was born in May 2022, and less than a year later, in February 2023, she announced she was pregnant again on the world’s biggest stage: the Super Bowl halftime show. Their second son was born six months later, in August. Last September, the couple expanded their family again with the birth of their third child, a daughter.
