After missing three games with a back injury, Israeli forward Deni Avdija returned to action overnight Sunday to Monday and didn’t miss a beat. Avdija delivered an impressive performance, leading the Portland Trail Blazers to a 117–110 road win over the Sacramento Kings — the Blazers' third straight victory.

Wolf starts, but Nets Fall to Bulls

Just 48 hours after beating Chicago at Barclays Center, the Brooklyn Nets suffered a lopsided 102–124 loss to the Bulls on the road. Israeli center Danny Wolf started for the Nets and tallied 14 points (6-of-13 from the field, 2-of-7 from three), 3 rebounds, 2 assists, and 1 block in 25 minutes.

Coby White led the Bulls (22–20) with 24 points (7-of-11 from three), as Chicago closed the third quarter with a commanding 95–71 lead, effectively sealing the game. Nets rookie Nolan Traore had a career-best 16 points, but it wasn’t enough as Brooklyn dropped to 12–28 on the season.

G League: Ben Saraf posts solid numbers

In the G League, Israeli guard Ben Saraf had 15 points (5-of-12 from the field, 1-of-3 from three, 2-of-2 from the line), 8 assists, and 6 rebounds in Long Island Nets’ 124–115 win over the Iowa Wolves.
