A video capturing the attempt by two Dutch protesters to reach Yuval Raphael on stage spread on social media on Sunday. The two were overpowered by security guards and Shin Bet agents as they attempted to get onto the stage where the Israeli singer was performing in the Eurovision Song Contest finals on Saturday.

In the clip one of the couple was heard shouting "free Palestine" as he headed toward the stage. An eyewitness who was in the Bazel hall said. "The Dutch couple began shouting as Raphael's performance began. They also sprayed paint on the people nearby. The guards jumped on the man, who was very tall and overpowered him despite his resistance."
