Organizers of the Tomorrowland music festival in Belgium have canceled a scheduled performance by Israeli electronic music artist Skazi, citing unspecified “security considerations,” according to Belgian media reports.
The move comes amid reported pressure on festival organizers from anti-Israel groups. Initially, the performance was expected to go ahead, though organizers reportedly imposed a ban on Israeli flags.
The decision follows last week’s performance by Israeli trance duo Vini Vici, who were met with cheers and visible displays of Israeli flags in the crowd. The flag ban is believed to have been imposed this week ahead of Skazi’s planned appearance.

This would have marked Skazi’s 14th year performing at the renowned EDM festival. “Skazi's mission was and will remain to unify people through the power of music,” representatives for the artist said in a statement. “A huge thanks for the support and love being sent. We will see you very soon in the world's biggest arenas where we will spread love.”
Organizers have not elaborated on the nature of the security concerns that led to the cancellation.
