Ingredients (for 4 servings):
- 4 fillets of fish (sea bream, grouper, bass or any other preferred fish)
- 3 tablespoons of tomato paste
- 20 crushed garlic cloves
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 3 tablespoons of sweet paprika
- 2-3 tablespoons of hot paprika, to taste
- 1/4 cup of canola oil

Instructions:
- Heat the oil in a pan over low heat, add both types of paprika, and mix. Add the crushed garlic cloves and season with salt and pepper to taste. Stir well. Add the tomato paste and mix thoroughly. Add a quarter cup of water and stir.
- Place the fish in the pan, skin side down, and cook for about ten minutes. Serve hot with plenty of sauce and challah bread.
